The beautiful and unique Villa Kamik is located in a quiet street, just 100 meters from the beach, offering a stunning view of the Kvarner Bay. It has three floors. In the basement, there is a large garage for two cars and a laundry room. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area, and a bathroom. The open-plan living room leads to a terrace, which is connected to the garden. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, all with double beds, and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to a terrace with a garden of wild olive trees and Mediterranean plants.
What makes this villa so special is its surroundings, which, in addition to a private pool, include various Mediterranean plants and a fruit orchard, all grown naturally, without the use of pesticides.
Villa Kamik is truly a beautiful eco-oasis for everyone: people, plants, and animals.
Kostrena is a historic coastal town, located just 6 km from Rijeka, in the Kvarner Bay. The Kostrena Peninsula, gently sloping towards the coast, is 10 km long. The town is known for its beautiful beaches, crystal-clear sea, and a 3 km-long promenade along the coast, lined with restaurants and bars. Visitors can enjoy activities such as diving, jet skiing, sailing, as well as hiking and jogging. Archaeological sites can be found at the highest peaks above Kostrena, offering panoramic views. The beautiful island of Krk and Učka Mountain, as well as Platak and Gorski Kotar, can all be reached within a 30-minute drive.
